Ben and Elizabeth Sullivan, owners of Sullivan Builders L.L.C, have lived in the Sedalia area for more than 10 years. They have 8 children and are active in their church and in the community.

Ben Sullivan has been in the building trades for more than 25 years and has been involved in most facets of residential construction, including restoration, renovation, remodeling and new construction. All new homes are constructed using the storm-building method that incorporates hurricane straps, roof straps, steel beams, and crush-blocks between each I-joist.

Sullivan Builders has developed two home subdivisions, and is currently opening the Prairie Heights community, just west of Sedalia. Within this new development, several homes ranging from 1850 to 3850 sq. ft. with lots of desirable amenities, have already been sold, and new spec houses, open for your inspection, are going up all the time. In addition, deluxe 1750 to 2000 sq. ft. townhomes, with personal storm shelters, will soon be available for sale or lease.
